Refund Policy

Full refunds may be granted up to one week before the scheduled appointment. Later requests for rescheduling or refunds will incur the fee of the deposit paid at the time of booking.

Rescheduling past that deadline will also incur the fee of the deposit. Clients will therefore need to pay another deposit should they wish to reschedule. 

Full refunds requested after the final payment is made or the product is delivered (whichever comes first) will not be granted. 

Refunds shall be made via bank transfer to and from the same accounts the deposit was paid.
